By using LaunchCSV you agree to these terms. LaunchCSV is a product of adamdirani.com.
The service
LaunchCSV is a web tool that lets you build a Shopify-ready product CSV. You can enter product data, add images, configure variants, and download the result as a formatted CSV file ready for import into Shopify.
Payment
A one-time fee is charged per export. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. No account is required. All sales are final. Refunds are not provided except where required by applicable consumer law.
Export availability
CSV downloads are available for 24 hours after payment. Uploaded image URLs in the CSV are temporary and expire after 30 days, so you should import the CSV into Shopify before then.
Your content
You retain ownership of all product data and images you provide. By using the service you confirm that you have the rights to any content you upload, and that it does not infringe the rights of any third party.
Acceptable use
You may not use LaunchCSV for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious content, or in any way that could damage or disrupt the service.
Availability
LaunchCSV is provided as-is. We make no guarantees about uptime, continued availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify or discontinue the service at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, adamdirani.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LaunchCSV.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
